Chart watching
I know there are a lot of us out there watching a cparticular chart this month. I just have to say everything is crossed and all my prayers are going out to this special person.
A journey through my pregnancy. My meltdowns (which I seem to have alot of), my triumphs, my worries and anxieties. And now the journey continues!! Life as a mommy of 2!!
I know there are a lot of us out there watching a cparticular chart this month. I just have to say everything is crossed and all my prayers are going out to this special person.
Can you believe he is a one year old?? Where does the time go. Unfortunately he woke up to his birthday morning with vomit in his crib and diareah. Not a very nice gift. He was in good spirits though. I just love him so much and WOW did he change our lives.
It was just a year ago that I was in the hospital nervous that his labor would take as long as Jacob's had. I really should not have worried. He was sucha quick easy labor and delivery and I think it would have been even quicker if I had rusted my bodies signals and believed that my labor had progresses that quickly. He was such a delight and a relatively easy baby compared to Jacob. It has been amazing to watch my boys interact and Danny is just in awe of his big brother and Jacob looks out for his baby. Danny has kept us laughing with his sweet smile and his very distinct facial expressions. He's a sweet baby and I love him more and more each and every day. Happy Birthday Love.
Thanks mom for making me feel bad last week when I talked to you on the phone and I said I was going to have to look for a paid sitter for Fridays. You got real quiet and then started to sob, hysterically. Thanks mom for begging for another opportunity to watch the kids and coming down last week. Thanks mom for saying you would be reliable. Thanks mom for not being able to come down again this week and making me take another half day at work. Thanks mom...you are so unreliable and I'm going to have to find someone else for the kids.
So I lost track of what day I am on and I know I missed some, but life has a way of getting away from me sometimes. I adore this picture of my boys. Danny is 10 months old and is quite the handful. He and his brother Jacob are quite the tag team of destruction.
Sometimes life just hands you a bouquet of farts.
Take a good look at that eye. This was Danny on Valentine's Day. Like the black eye and the large bruise on his forehead??...yup, my boy is accident prone. I can't keep him down he climbs everything!!
So you get a double feature tonight because I was so tired last night I went to bed at 8:40 (fell asleep around 10:00). This is unheard of for me, I usually go to bed around midnight. Anyway, my fatigue meant no postings last night.
Ethan and his boy.
Here are my two favorite little men.
So I thought I would reflect a little upon Danny's past year and share a few of my favorite pics along the way. One picture/day.
Only 20 days until Danny turns 1!! Can you believe it? I can't. It seems to be flying by. Not only is Danny walking, but he's practically running and is most definately climbing everything in site! The other night the phone rang and I turned my back, when I turned around Danny had scaled the dining room chair, walked across the table and was standing on the tray of his highchair. He is
justlike his older brother. I think Danny is so intelligent and just thrives when he interacts with Jacob. However, he has mastered the younger sibling whine. The two of them pick on each other and tolerate it fairly well until I walk in the room, then Danny just bursts into big ol crocodile tears as if he is getting pummeled by his big bro. He definately works the sympathy card.
