I think I've been domesticated.
Well Ethan has tried for 10 years what 2 kids have managed to do in under 3. I am domesticated. Just call me Martha "not quite" Stewart.
So I made pillow case things for SIL's cradle and thought I would try my hand at sewing some jammies for Danny. So here is the result of my first project. I still need to hand sew the buttons on, but other than that I think I did alright. I'm pretty happy and I think I cut off all of the extra threads so Danny doesn't end up entangled in some weird marienettish (sp) way.

I'm jealous... well, kinda. I wish I could at least hem pants. My legs are short. I also wish I could make curtains. However, if I attempted your project I'd have 3 legs and 1 arm hole-- yes, even with 2 pieces!

I think you did a fabulous job Barb. I've been meaning to make covers for my dining room chairs and now I think, I might just get to it. Beautiful job.
