Skeletons in your, huh what??
So we are the proud new owners of a single family home firmly planted in the middle of no man's land. Seriously, where the hell did my husband move me? There are only 900 people in town and when we got our key to the house at closing it was a freaking skeleton key!!! A stinking skeleton key lock is all that keeps me tucked safely inside my new home. Obviously it didn't need more as the man who owned the home previously (who passed away) apparently had $150,000 squirreled away in various parts of the home. The cleaning crew found it. Apparently the relatives hired someone to take care of the home. The lawyer said the family had not seen him in about 20 years. That makes me so sad. So while I painted the walls I talked to him and thanked him for the house and let him know we were going to make it a warm wonderful place to raise our family.
(But it would be nice if there was a little more money hidden away just waiting to be found).
